Selecting the Blue 20/20 plan that works for your business is easy. You can offer your employees a voluntary or sponsored vision benefit – it’s your choice. There are three types of plans to choose from: Blue 20/20 Exam Plus, Blue 20/20 Exam Only and Blue 20/20 Lens and Frame Only. Once you’ve chosen the right funding arrangement and plan, customize your coverage by selecting the copayments, allowances and frequency options that make sense for you and your employees.
