How do I turn cookies on?
In Internet Explorer 5.x:
- Click the Tools menu and then Internet Options.
- Select the Security tab and click the Custom Level button.
- Scroll down to the Cookies section.
- Enable both options and then click OK.
In Internet Explorer 6.x:
- Click the Tools menu and then Internet Options.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Adjust the Settings so that it does not say "Block All Cookies"
- Click OK.
In Firefox:
- Click the Tools menu and then Options.
- Click on the Privacy icon.
- Select the box for Accept cookies from sites.
- Click Ok.
In Internet Explorer Mac:
- Select Preferences from browser tool bar.
- Under the Receiving Files heading, select Cookies.
- When asked about receiving cookies..., select Never Ask and then click OK.
How do I delete cookies?
You can find commands to delete ALL your stored cookies from ALL the web sites you have visited under Tools > Internet Options in Internet Explorer or wherever the Options or Preferences are located for your particular browser.
What about my firewall?
Some personal firewalls block cookies. If you have firewall software running on your machine and you cannot accept cookies after making the appropriate setting changes in your browser, please make sure that your firewall settings are not blocking cookies.
