Accidental death and dismemberment

Voluntary accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) pays a benefit in the event of death or loss of limb within 365 days of the date of a covered accident. Coverage is guaranteed issue, however voluntary AD&D is only available if voluntary group term life insurance is offered. Benefits are also available for an employee's spouse and dependent children.
