Critical Illness plans

Every 45 seconds someone in the country suffers a stroke. Stroke can have devastating effects on survivors and their families. And many people don't survive a stroke, making it this country's third leading cause of death.¹

Critical illness coverage provides for a lump sum payment upon first diagnosis of a covered critical illness, including stroke. Coverage is available to employees and their families and payment is made directly to the insured.
